The Mag-Bind® Universal Pathogen 96 Kit performs rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic, fungal spore, gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial DNA, as well as both viral DNA and viral RNA, from tissue, urine, serum, and fecal samples. This Kit combines cutting-edge Mag-Bind® technology with proprietary RBB Buffer to eliminate PCR inhibitors.
The Mag-Bind® Universal Pathogen 96 Kit is automatable on most open liquid handlers and magnetic processors, including the Hamilton Microlab® STAR, Hamilton Microlab NIMBUS, KingFisher™, BioSprint®, and MagMAX® 96 platforms. Purified DNA is suitable for myriad downstream applications like PCR, NGS, restriction digestion, and hybridization applications.
